My name is Jasur. I recently started my career at Artel, as I really wanted to develop my skills in a large company throughout Central Asia. I was selected for a project called Next generation".
We started our work with tours of all factories. I was surprised by the attitude towards work on the part of the workers, people make a very significant contribution during the working day. The second thing I could not fail to notice was the volume of products produced and the professionalism of the engineers who accompanied us. In all Artel production areas that we visited, we were informed and at the same time showed the whole process in a very instructive way, following safety precautions. I really loved this whole process. In the future, I plan to expand my position and knowledge with this company.
After graduating from university, during an interview, you encounter the difficulty of lack of work experience, but Artel gave me a chance. I was lucky to pass the selection under the Next Generation program.
The program "Next generation" does not require experience in the conventional sense. This program is designed for fresh minds who have recently graduated from the university! And, of course, the program "Next Generation" did not promise me an easy life. In Artel from the first day, I felt tremendous support, patience and responsibility for the development of the team from the mentors. There is no luck in this story. Only the work and faith of people around me. I discovered a new world in all its diversity thanks to Artel.
I am Asadbek, I have been working at Artel Electronics for a year as a junior strategist in the IFRS department, at the same time I am studying at the Tashkent Financial Institute and studying at ACCA.
When I first came to work at Artel, I was told that Artel Electronics wants to provide opportunities to start my carees. I first started my career as an accountant's assistant before being transferred to the IFRS department. Now I am gaining experience every day in the IFRS department, because there are many senior strategists and chief auditors of Artel working with them, it is very pleasant. The reason is that these people teach me work skills, such as how to solve work problems and how to use theoretical knowledge in a work environment. My name is Bakirdinov Boburbek. In 2021 I successfully graduated from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED).
After graduating from university, I started my career at Artel Electronics, which is a leader in the production of household appliances in Uzbekistan and Central Asia. I started my work in the Company as an intern in the Office of Strategic Transformation. After successfully completing the internship, I received the position of junior specialist. My name is Dilshod Bobomurodov, I am the director of the Artel plant for the production of gas stoves and mini-ovens.
I came to work at Artel eleven years ago, when I was a fourth-year student at the Tashkent Financial Institute.
At that time, the company held a competition among students and, based on the results of the competition, chose those who showed the best result. I started my work in the company as an assistant accountant.
The last eleven years at Artel have been a great learning experience for my life and career. From my mentors here, I learned the secrets of the profession. I learned to build relationships with people, to be calm and modest, to correctly assess the situation. Our company has a good tradition: if an employee finds himself in a difficult situation, they immediately begin to support him in every possible way. When I see such moments, I am convinced that I was not mistaken in choosing Artel. In general, I can say that I have achieved my current position thanks to the support and encouragement of my mentors in the company.
People always want to know the secret of other people's success. In fact, the only way to achieve a good result is to become a master of your profession. I think the choice of a profession is not so important than learning this specialty. Therefore, I always appreciate employees who improve by working on themselves and not hiding the truth. Perhaps the intention of the employee is not to lie to management, but sometimes, in order to avoid reproaches, the employee may hide the real circumstance of the case from management. This leads to multiple problems. Therefore, when making a decision, you must first of all act in the interests of the company.
My advice to beginners - do not stop working on yourself. Always hold on to mentors, use their experience and advice. Make plans for life for at least five years. Dedicate the first seven years of your career to learning about work, not making money! Then you will become a professional in your field and achieve high results. I am Tyncherova Gaisha Makhdievna. I started my career at Artel in 2014 as a sales manager. As a result of 3 years of fruitful and successful activity, in 2017 I was appointed to the position of senior manager.
Now, thanks to the guidance of my management, I have 7 years of sales experience and am a Senior Account Manager.
My working day starts a little before 9 am because it is very important for my thoughts to be organized and for my day to be productive. Every morning I develop my daily plan, solve pressing issues and distribute responsibilities among my subordinates.

My advice to today's young professionals is to work in a team, love your profession and gain experience. I am Fakhrutdinova Nuria Ilmarovna. I started my career at Artel in 2015 as an accountant Namangan branch. Thanks to my three years of successful and fruitful work in the company, I was transferred to the head office in Tashkent, to the accounting department.
The sociable character, the ability to work with people and responsiveness, led the management to the idea to try me at work with personnel (HR). Since 2021, I have been the head of the HR department at the Artel office in Akhangaran.
I love my job.
Before working at Artel, I tried myself in different areas, but only now I feel that I have finally found my own. We have a very friendly, well-coordinated team, which has become dear to me. My name is Elmurod Rustamov - I work at Artel as a chief accountant.
The 10th anniversary of Artel coincides with my 10th anniversary of working for this company. I started my career at Artel as an assistant accountant in the sales department. I was 23 years old then.
After that, I worked as a chief accountant in the same department, then continued to work at a mobile phone factory, in the Service Center, as well as in the company's branches in the Bektemir region. For hard work the management of the company promoted me to the director of the accounting and reporting department of Artel.
The process of my work is closely connected with numbers. I would say that every calculation you make must have a logical solution. I value two qualities in people: justice and responsibility! The degree of education does not matter if a person has no responsibility.
And for young people who are just starting their careers, I would advise: “First of all, set the right goals. Without a goal, a person will not be productive in his work. An employee who does not know how to set goals for himself will not be able to become a sought-after specialist in the future. Also, I wish you to be patient in reaching your goal.
